Our story

In a world filled with legal jargon, filing cabinets, and dusty old Estate Planning documents, there were three friends Terry, Travis and Ryan who had a front-row seat to the madness that unfolds when families face a loss without a solid and meaningful plan in place. We each witnessed plans fall apart, friends and extended family stress over money and logistics, and family disputes arise instead of togetherness and support when it's needed most.

As technologists, entrepreneurs and lawyers we believed we could help. Most families don't plan for the future because it's too complicated or expensive, and life is always happening in parallel, making it difficult to keep things up to date. And for those who do plan ahead, mistakes are often made because the puzzle pieces that have to come together are disjointed. This industry, when it comes to the common family, is broken.

That's how LVED was born - a platform for everyone who's LiVED and wants to protect the ones they've LoVED.
